HI!  I'M TASHA.

I’m a Board-Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBCHWC), and Nutrition Counselor. I’m also the founder of Wellness Homemade and the creator of Informed Eating—a practical, results-driven approach to sustainable nutrition and wellness.

My journey began 18 years ago when I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes. Instead of following a conventional path, I became determined to manage my diagnosis naturally through nutrition and movement. That decision not only transformed my health, but also ignited a lifelong passion for helping others do the same.

​

Today, I guide women through realistic, personalized strategies that support energy, weight loss, and long-term health—without the extremes. As a coach and educator, I meet you where you are and help you create a plan that fits your real life. My clients don’t just feel better—they stay better.
